Before you begin
Confirm your tenant is configured with locations, roles, and permissions. Administrators can manage these under tenant settings. Operators need assignment to the relevant locations.
Steps
Follow the in-product workflow for Assignment Modes. TrueSOP links SOPs, checklists, schedules, and evidence so each step is auditable. Document owners should publish approved versions before distribution to the field.
Tips
Use version history for SOP changes, require acknowledgements for critical updates, and pair documentation with scheduled checklists so procedures are executed - not only read.
